Log into your active Loopcloud subscription and head to the account section. From there you’ll get a code to redeem on the Beatsurfing website. It takes a couple of minutes and the plugin is yours.

 

What Is Beatsurfing RANDOM?

RANDOM is built for producers who like to explore. Each spin of the RANDOM wheel generates a new percussive sound from two engines, the Synth and the Resonator, randomizing hundreds of parameters at once. The DEVIANCE control sets how far each spin travels from where you were.

When a sound lands, you can shape it. STRESS sets the decay of the synth, SPIKE moves it from darker and warmer to edgier, and BLEED and FLUID change the colour and presence of the resonator.

There are also X/Y tables and presets handcrafted by Phazz. Move your cursor across a table and the sound morphs between timbres, with the MATTER in the centre reacting like a ferrofluid as you go. Phazz’s direction was inharmonic, aliased, resonating and hard percussive tones, so expect sounds that don’t sit where a standard drum machine would.

It runs as VST3, AU and AAX on macOS and Windows.
