180 consummately performed violin loops at 90, 110 and 130bpm, supplied completely dry and in 'wet' effects-processed versions. The tunes are folky and ear-catching, and vary in pace, mood and eastern/western flavour; and while it's a shame the producers weren't more adventurous with wet loops, which all use the same EQ, compression and reverb settings, the dry originals are the main attraction anyway, ripe for processing however you like. Hauntingly beautiful and emotive, Azerbaijani Violin is a first-rate source of solo violin lines for music and media production.
