This veteran producer/DJ and Robsoul Recordings founder debuts on Loopmasters with 633MB (plus REX files) of samples in his own hybrid style. 230 supremely vibey beats and perc grooves (at 120-127bpm) get things off to a flying start, and though those feel like the main event, due to their number, the 22 basslines, 42 music (synth, electric piano and organ) loops and 52 vocal clips that accompany them - plus a solid cache of one-shots and sampler patches - are all equally ear-catching. One of the most memorable house libraries we've heard in a while.
