Since emerging in the 90s, neurofunk has been the wild child of drum & bass throughout two decades, showcased by some of the biggest names in the scene. That’s why at THICK Sounds we are always pleased to highlight this hell of a subgenre! And this new release makes no exception. From the heavier and broken side to a more progressive and out-of-the-box vibe, Neurofunk Showdown intends to cover the full diversity of neurofunk. Influenced by artists like Black Sun Empire, Mefjus, Noisia, Audio, Emperor, Ed Rush, and Prolix to name a few, this new pack is designed for producers who are looking for saturated nasty basslines, overdriven heavy drums, and techy synths with a subtle touch of funk.
Here’s what to expect in detail: about 1 GB of samples recorded at 24-Bit & 44.1kHz. 170 loops (42 bass loops, 17 full drum loops, 22 drum loop stems, 46 hi-hat loops, 14 synth loops, 14 top loops, 9 atmosphere loops and 6 percussion loops & fills) and all the MIDI tracks related to these samples, 139 hits (29 bass hits, 21 synth hits, 12 extra sounds and 77 drum hits), 15 multi-samples (10 basses and 5 synths), 10 Xfer Serum presets and 4 construction kits including full demo and separated layers.
Featuring samples from 172 to 174 BPM, Neurofunk Showdown is suitable for neuro and any kind of drum & bass, dubstep, techno, trap, future bass, and beyond.
Check out the demo track and loops and get ready to add a highly useful tool to your neuro collection!
