Next to being one third of electronic music trio Noisia, one fifth of supergroup I Am Legion (Noisia x Foreign Beggars) and half of up and coming house/progressive duo Zonderling, Martijn van Sonderen is involved in many "behind-the-scenes" productions, such as music for video games, commercials and various productions for both independent and major label artists. With three state of the art studios in their hometown of Groningen (The Netherlands), remixes for the likes of The Prodigy, Katy Perry and Deadmau5, collaborations with Korn, Amon Tobin and KRS one amongst others, Noisia and their guises are a household name for those interested in (electronic) music production.

  • Great textures! There's some really nice things in there to get ideas for a vibe. :) Always good to get rex files too, so you can try a few different bpms. These guys sure know how to make some moody and interesting sounds. The field recordings are the least usable for me i think.

Was interested to see how close this pack had come to recreating the Don Diablo sound. They're not too far off I have to say :)

    Real Deep

    Rating: 7/10

The sounds in this pack are pretty good, but besides the "throwback" drum sounds there's only a limited amount of loops available in all sub categories. They're, again, quite good, but could've done with a wider selection.

Nice pack for some of the more recognisable sounding underground house sounds. Does it better than most :)

    Monster EDM

    Rating: 8/10

Very usefull for any type of electronic (pop-)production job I work on. Especially if you're looking for the instant impact when writing ideas down!

    House & Nu Disco

    Rating: 7/10

Cool pack! Been fiddling around with these sounds within other genres. Nice expansion of my soundbank library.

All elements of this pack sound like they belong in the same sonic realm, which is pretty rare. I like the bass sound sampler patches best in this one!

    Nais Presents Hard EDM

    Rating: 8/10

Very well done complete pack of the harder sounds, without losing sight too much of the musical element. Interesting to see that this is being called "Hard EDM" as it mostly leans on DNB, but I guess it's a nice introduction to that side of the electronic music spectrum :)

Love DLR, always good to see the deeper techy sound being represented on a bigger platform. It's hard making a dnb sample pack that isn't cheesy, but still usable in many different ways, DLR managed to do just that! Well done :)
