Hazy, reserved and unapologetically reverberated: this pack is a direct homage to the early Aphex era. Favoring feel over fidelity with an inbuilt psychedelic naivety throughout. The drums are understated enough to be "innocent" while synths play the expressive role. The whole affair is wonderfully lo-fi from an era that wasn't lo-fi self-aware. Everything from the tempos to the nature of the sounds is soaked in warm nostalgia.
